HP 3D driveguard is not working. need help.

hi guys. i'm using hp dv6 laptop. i had upgraded my OS from windows 7 to windows 10 a month ago or so. i had some problems that's why i had to reset my pc. now when it has completed, it left a file on my dektop namely "removed apps". you guys are probably awarre of how it works. the problemm is that when i was on win 7, HP 3D driveguard was working fine. but now i have downloaded the driver from this link (http://h20564.www2.hp.com/hpsc/swd/public/detail?swItemId=ob_124661_1) and i'm installing it, it shows a msg in a dialog box stating "hp Driveguard cannot install, the accelerometer hardware is not present or supported on this unit" why is it happening? what should i do to get it to work?
