A few days back my laptop suddenly went blue and thereafter started receiving 3FO Error stating 'Boot Device Not Found' and when I tried Hard Disk check (after pressing F2) it said no hard disk found. The service centre guy said that the hard disk (SSD) has crashed and you need to replace a new one.
I purchased a new SSD and installed it (using the bootable I created and installed windows). But now again, the same thing happens. Out of nowhere, the screen turns blue and the system restarts stating the same 3FO error. Although now if I press the power button and restart the laptop, it starts working fine, and the loop continues.
Please help. I don't understand why the problem still occurs (now that I changed the SSD).
FYI: The laptop has been heating more than it used to for a couple of weeks.

@adljamal Welcome to HP Community!
I understand that you are getting a boot device not found an error.
As you have stated that you have already replaced the SSD and install the operating system.
I would suggets you perform the system recovery one more time and check.
If the issue still persists, please contact our phone support and check for the support option. They will help you.
Or you can contact the local service center for repair.
Here is how you can get in touch with phone support.
1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/
2)Select the product type.
3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
4)Select the country from the drop-down.
5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
We are experiencing longer than expected wait times to reach an agent due to the CoViD-19 impact and there might have been issues in you getting the expected resolution on the issue.

Thanks for the reply but even after multiple attempts, I was not able to fix the issue.
The prime reason being that even after installing HP Recovery Manager from the link provided by you (and after it gets installed) it is not available when I search it as if the program was never installed in the first place. Even I tried the boot option where you press F11 and enter the troubleshoot option. There also, I couldn't find the ' Recovery Manager' option.
And hence, the issues continue every now and then and am afraid if this SSD will also get corrupted.
Kindly suggest an alternative. Will reinstalling windows do the trick?no option for Recover manager
after clicking advanced options
