Product: HP ProBook 450 G3 Notebook PC

Hello, I have such a laptop 450 G3 HP probook, the problem is as follows:
Loads and thinks for a very long time.
reflash bios from windows
After changing the BIOS, the date of manufacture disappeared or something like that became zero, everything was ordered, a new motherboard was ordered, but nothing has changed, it also thinks for a very long time, loads Windows for a very long time and enters the BIOS for a long time.
The laptop has a brand new SSD.
The memory was also changed but to no avail.
Does anyone know what might be the problem?
