Hello, 

My 8710p has a NVIDIA Quadro NVS 320M video card. 

QUESTION;

Can it run a  NVIDIA QUADRO FX1600M 512MB MXM 800MHZ VIDEO card ?   Without any modifications.

If not, is there an upgrade which will plug and play?

Sorry,  laptops do not use video "cards"; instead, they use video chips that are soldered to the main board -- and are not replaceable.
