Hi,

 

I tried to install the driver, but then the "This computer does not meet the minimum requirement for installing the software" error come out. Please help.

Hi,

 

Did you upgrade/downgrade your machine ? Now please download and install  2 drivers first:

  

Intel Chipset Installation Utility and Driver

 

    http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp60501-61000/sp60802.exe

 

Intel Management Engine Interface (MEI) Drive

r

    http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp63501-64000/sp63661.exe

 

then reboot and install the following  Intel USB 3.0 Driver

      http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp66001-66500/sp66487.exe
