Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi! i purchased a new All-in-One 27-cr0109ng PC (9U7M0EA) and it has no windows system. Is it normal? it has just a boost menu and FreeDOS. im not a technical  expertise so i don’t know what should i do whit the problem. please explain to me . Thanks.

FreeDOS is one of the options you get with some HP machines -- but it is VERY difficult to install Windows from there.

 

If what you really wanted was Windows, the best approach is to return this and pay the difference to get a Windows PC. 

 

You would have to buy Windows anyway for your PC and this way, the OS will be already installed with all the HP drivers.
