HP BIOS update means HP BIOS update, HP detects new BIOS for your machine and it recommends you to update. Normally, you need to connect to external power source during BIOS update/upgrade otherwise battery may fail and this would brick your machine,

Thank you! However it's stuck in HP BIOS update loop. I took it to Staples and the gentleman there was very kind and told me to call HP. I called HP and they stated they have to look at the physical computer and to go to a business with an HP logo. I asked the gentleman Dave from HP and he told me to GOOGLE a location. I was like sir I can't my laptop is not working he said, " well use Google on your phone or go to your library I can't help you" lol I found one from Best Buy ON MY OWN without help from HP. I am going to have them check it tomorrow Wish me luck...p.s. HP CUSTOMER SERVICE sucks 😉
