Hello

I posted about this before but I will explain the whole problem in detail this time hoping someone can help me

A while ago I was using my PC when I got a Windows Update notification I downloaded it and before restarting I noticed an optional update something like HP Inc 15.49.0.0 Firmware Update Since my Windows is official and activated I thought it might be a legitimate HP update so I clicked Download It installed very quickly and I hit Restart Surprisingly the BIOS update screen appeared The BIOS updated successfully the PC restarted twice but after the second restart I got a blue screen I tried everything Win plus B Win plus V but the PC started beeping loudly and did not do anything It turns out my SSD stopped working after the BIOS update and even trying another SSD did not work only HDDs seem to work now I ended up formatting the PC and installing Windows on my HDD and now it works fine but all my PC information changed The model went from HP Notebook to InsydeH2O the serial and product numbers changed to random letters and numbers and the BIOS version and date changed from F.48 to F.49 and from 5 7 2024 to 8 20 2024

Also my system previously had TPM 2.0 but after this BIOS update it disappeared from BIOS settings and seems disabled which makes me ineligible to upgrade to Windows 11 Additionally when I check Device Manager and expand the Computer section alongside ACPI x64 based PC it now shows another entry called HP InsydeH2O EFI BIOS which was not there before Even though it seems like an official HP BIOS update from F.48 to F.49 it is not listed on my PC support page I tried every DMI tool version but the PC did not boot with them I also tried to roll back the BIOS from USB but it says no files are present I even tried rolling back directly from Windows but it says the BIOS is not compatible with my PC model Win plus B for recovery still just makes the PC beep loudly and do nothing

Unfortunately I do not have an HP store or official service in my country to fix it

Does anyone have a solution

Thank you in advance

UPDATE : As I mentioned before, I cannot roll back to my original BIOS. Strangely, I am able to update my BIOS using the version from a different laptop, the HP 256 G7 Notebook PC.
