Product: HP Notebook - 15-da0008na
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I have just switched on my HP laptop. It states: Please wait while we install a system update.
It then goes to a blank screen
It then states:
HP BIOS Update v 3.8.00
Apply update or postpone update or cancel (tried all of these and nothing works)
System BIOS update failed
Bank screen
Preparing Automatic repair
It keeps repeating the above process. Obviously, I cannot use my computer as it is stuck in this mode. I would be grateful if anyone could advise me.
Thanks.
