I ran the HP Assistent Center or something like that and it gave me a long list of updates it wanted to do.
I checked them all and clicked on install, in the course of this it starter a HP BIOS Update which is now stuck and it tells me not to shut down the system.
First it wrote a new bios image which seems to be split into 4096 blocks, then it verified that and began writing a new image again and now stopped at 928 / 4096 blocks.
Anybody who knows what options i have now ?
Edit 1: I now shut down the system and now it won't turn back on, at least the display, fans spin and the power led lights up but nothing more.
Edit 2: Following the video guide :
"How To Fix an HP Laptop with a Black Screen" has solved the problem

@Wesleygibson Welcome to HP Community!
I understand that You are unable to update the BIOS.
Start with a hard reset to release any excessive static on the PC:
-
If Windows is open, click Start and then Shutdown.
-
If Windows is not open and the computer has power, press and hold the power button on the computer until the computer shuts off.
-
With the power off, disconnect the power cord from the back of the computer.
-
With the power off and the power cord disconnected, press the power button on the computer for 5 seconds. The power light indicator on or near the power button might turn on briefly but then go out.
-
Reconnect the power cord and turn on the power.
