Hi hp,
I am getting blue screen of death with stop code: DRIVER IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL and with what failed: rtf64x64.sys, in my laptop which is under warranty. when my laptop under sleep or restart , I am facing prolblem from this when I am in work. I hope you resolve and find solution for me to fix this problem.SHOWING BSOD everytime when in sleep or restart
