I bought this laptop this year around March. It hasn’t been used an was just sitting on my desk. Today I decided I needed to use it and when I turned it on it was taken over by updates and then blue screen. I can’t anything or even get to the home screen without a blue screen popping up. It’s gone through the codes over n over an I’ve tried to select reset everything and it goes blue.
