When trying to install and use the HP Cloud Recovery Tool to create a USB recovery drive it downloads cversion 2.7 and when I try to use the tool it says I need to update to the latest version and gives an error code of 0x0c00412.
Any help is appreciated

What is the latest version?
I have tried everything you suggested without any resolve.
Now I am receiving an error saying that
"Either no donwload file can be found in the catalog, or the information from the catalog file is wrong. Please contact HP support.

We request that you use an alternate tool to install the OS:
Windows 11: Download Windows 11
Windows 10: Download Windows 10
