Hello! I own an HP Spectre x360 14 ef0001nv and when I enter my product ID during the process for the creation of the HP recovery key in HP cloud recovery tool, I get a message: Product ID is invalid.
Anyone faced this issue? Any suggestions or solution(s)?
Thanks

Hi:
This is the product number I have for your notebook, and it indicates that your notebook is not supported.
6K5G2EA#AB7
Cloud Recovery (d34z73bbtpzgej.cloudfront.net)
It could be that HP still hasn't uploaded the recovery image for your PC to their database since it is so new.
I had to wait a couple of months after I bought mine before the cloud recovery tool recognized my notebook's product number.
If your notebook has 3 different characters than what I posted to the right the # sign, use those instead and see if it works.
