November 30, 2022, I submitted a rebate form and all supporting documents

to receive a rebate. I have not used HP service in the initial 3 years and

qualify for the HP Rebate Program.

I still have not received or even heard of where my rebate check is.

Please provide an update. It’s been more than 6 weeks..

I apologize if this is the wrong board but there doesn't seem to be a care Pack 
specific place to ask. I've talked to no less than 7 people from service to sales and 

have submitted paperwork twice to the email address on the rebate form.... no Response

I am having the same issue. I submitted my care pack rebate form and documentation and have received no response whatsoever. A quick Google search tells me this is a common occurrence. If I do not hear back from them soon, [Personal Information Removed]
