Good morning, I purchased an HP Care Pack/Post Warranty Plan a few weeks ago for this laptop and have not been able to get any assistance with my laptop. This is the 5th or 6th HP laptop I have owned over the years and it is by far the most frustrating. I have completed all the Windows and HP updates and it generally takes an embarrassingly long time to boot and be useful. Please suggest something to help me.
