Hello! Can anyone pls help me with clarifications about HP Care Pack? What's the difference between HP Care Pack Pick up & Return Plan with Accidental Damage Protection Plan and HP 1 year Post Warranty Plan ? Thank you!

Hi @Mai48

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Pickup and Return Service with Accidental Damage Protection offers high-quality return-to-HP service levels with remote telephone support and offsite repair for eligible products at an HP-designated repair center. The service includes pickup, offsite repair, materials, and parts, labor, and return shipping costs. Plus, accidental damage protection covers spills, drops, falls, and more.

The Post-Warranty Plan extends coverage for one year past the base warranty. Coverage starts the day of Care Pack purchase or the day after the base warranty ends if purchased during the base warranty. You can rest easy knowing your device will be quickly repaired by experts with no hidden fees. You will also have access to technical support 7 days a week while keeping your PC covered by the manufacturer that knows it best. Post Warranty Plans within 90 days before to 30 days after your base warranty expires.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
