I manage to make a working bios from your invalid backup with a brand new Intel ME Region and more bios blocks I email it to you. The bios is tested and all works fine
Unfortunateley cannot be done on a USB bootable wesion as these models do not accept that and in special it won't work on your computer because your bios is already cbadly orrupted and won't recognise any boot option.
You only need an EEPROM SPI programmer like the cheap CH341 to write this bios back to youw Winbond 128 (16MB) chip and all fine.
I hope I was at great help for you as this bios cannot be found anywhere esle on the entire Internet.
