Went to charge Chromebook at which then it began to smoke out the charging port. After which the keyboard begins to malfunction and keys a,s,f,g and enter,l,k,j in addition to a few others stopped working. I've hard set it, whitewashed it and still nothing. I'm no longer covered by warranty so HP refuses to fix and make right. This was more than a warranty issue and not even should've been a problem. Any good and righteous company would've fixed it no questions asked we especially since something like this could've ended in someone hurt or dead. Lawsuit all day and one thing is for sure HP has lost a long time customer (not including all the other customers who have this same issue). What a shame and HP should feel ashamed to sell anything and I wouldn't trust them enough to buy a newspaper from.
