Product: HP Chromebook - 14-db0030nr
Operating System: Chrome OS

ChromeBook goes to sleep and will not wake. Disassemble, Disconnect the Battery, press and hold the power button for 90 seconds, re-connect the battery just to turn the system back on. After doing this the ChromeBook will work for 2-3 days then it will fail again. System reset does no work (holding both the power button and the Reload button).

I have recovered the system at least twice., and the problem returns.

While this is happening I have no Power or charging LED's, after I bring the system back to life, the LED's will be white.

I am open to suggestions.
