Product: HP Chromebook x360 - 14c-ca0065nr
Operating System: Chrome OS

Hi all, I bought two of the above Chromebooks for my daughters in 2020 and one of them recently started experiencing crashing issues.  The warranty already expired.  How do I go about getting it repaired?  Please help, my daughter is trying to finish her senior year in high school and doesn't have time to deal with a crashing machine and I can't afford to buy a new Chromebook as the replacement model is a about $200 dollars more now.

 

Please advise asap.
