Product: HP Chromebook x360 - 14c-ca0053dx

My HP Chromebook x360 won’t turn on. When I plug it in the light shows up but screen doesn’t turn on. It’s not the brightness. I’ve tried to power in on as many ways as I could find online. Nothing worked. PLEASE HELP
