The HP Cloud recovery tool is only supported for HP consumer class PC's made from around 2019 to the present.
The 800 G1 is a business class PC as was too old to be supported by the HP cloud recovery client utility which is the recovery program used for business class PC's.
You need a HP 800 G2 AIO or newer to use that software to recover the PC.
That leaves you with two options:
1: Clean install Windows and use the drivers and available software from the 800 G1 AIO's support page.
Buy a factory recovery kit from this vendor at the link below.
And the only OS option for that is Windows 8.1.
The software will only work if your PC has this product number: G5R41UT

Thank you again Paul!
Unfortunately, we have a major investment in HP G1 AIO Systems running as POS Stations.
The POS Software they run under is not O/S flexible.
The POS Software runs great and does exactly what we want and need.
We cannot easily or affordably walk away from it.
Might you have a LINK to the 800 G1 AIO support page?
Best regards,
Mike Lynch
