HP Cloud Recovery Fails at the end of the recovery process

Hey everyone, I am trying to fix my old laptop because sometimes I need to use it when my new laptop runs out of charge for online school and I have noticed the old laptop slowed down significantly so I tried the HP Cloud recovery tool and I used it on both of my laptops because they were both acting slow. The new one succeeded doing the recovery and it went back to normal but the old one, I have tried 3 times on it and it always comes with "The recovery process failed. Please choose one of the 3 options" and the 3 options are "Save Logs", "Details" and "Retry" and whenever I retry, it goes back to the same thing. Can someone help me please?

I've had that happen on one of my HP notebooks too.

There is no way to fix it that I know of.

I recommend that you just clean install W10 by making bootable installation media using the Media creation tool from the link below.

Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
