HP Recommended

Hi, I am looking to recieve help with my HP Notebook. In the HP Cloud Recovery Tool. I'm putting in the ProductID like it says to and then it says Product ID does not match or is invalid. Please contact HP Support and I have no way of getting into HP Support with a subscription. Does anyone have any ideas?

Hi:

 

What is the full model number or product number of your PC?

 

If it is 5 or more years old, support for the recovery tool is withdrawn. 

 

Your only option under that circumstance would be to clean install Windows using the Microsoft media creation tool.
