Me sale el siguiente error al querer descargar la imagen de recuperación de mi envy 360 modelo 15-brxxx, quise hacer el formateo desde una usb pero no me reconoce el disco duro nve de 1TB. pense que con el recovery tool se podría pero tampoco puedo descargarlo, y con el driver oficial del disco duro me marca error tambien al momento de buscarlo en la usb de formateo.

Use a different Windows PC and a stable wired connection to create the recovery USB.

If the Cloud Recovery download still fails with 0xC00404, the most likely explanation is that HP needs to restore the image from archive on their server side rather than anything wrong with your laptop. In that case, i suggest to create bootable usb using Microsoft windows 10/11 iso. Take this link help for that:
