Hello!
I want to install an SSD in my HP OMEN - 15-ce001la, but when I try to use the HP Cloud Recovery Tool, it tells me that the ID is not valid. What can I do to have the original system on the SSD?

If your notebook is not supported by the cloud recovery tool, your options would be to clean install W10 on the new SSD by making a bootable W10 USB installation flash drive with the Media creation tool from the link below:
Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)
Then download the drivers and available software from the support page.

The other option would be to clone the existing drive's contents to the M.2 NVMe SSD (if that's what you are planning to install).
