HP Recommended

Hi all,

I need to create a USB recovery drive using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool, but the Product ID is not recognized, preventing me from proceeding.

The device in question is an HP Pavilion Laptop 15-cw0xxx with Product ID 4XW71EA#ABZ.
I'm using HP Cloud Recovery Tool v2.7.11

HP has disabled software recovery via HP Cloud Recovery for many products. If you need a system image I recommend downloading windows from the Microsoft web site
