HP 255 G8 Notebook PC (347S4AV)

When I try to use HP Cloud Recovery Tool for my HP 255 G8 laptop, it says "Product ID does not match or is invalid. Please contact HP support.". My device is new (15 months guarantee left) and the HP Cloud Recovery is listed in the drivers section on my device's support page. The device was preinstalled with Windows 11. HP Cloud Recovery Tool was downloaded from Microsoft Store (version 2.7.8.0). How can I fix it?
