Hi

I'm an HP Notebook User, My notebook came with Win 10 home. But, I had set up Win 10 Pro manually & flashed my HDD. Since I'm planning to return to my previous or factory default package. I've installed HP RECOVERY TOOL, started downloading everything on my flash drive. But, before it could finish, it shows an error. A log file was generated by the hp cloud recovery tool. Tried several times, but it fails every time.
