Hello
My laptop (Windows 11) wasn't booting properly after an update, so I made a recovery USB drive using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool. I stuck the USB into my laptop, backed up my files and followed the instructions on screen. Then, right before it ended, an error message appeared saying:
"The recovery attempt has failed. Select one of the following buttons:
Save log
Details
Retry"
I clicked on retry and my laptop restarted and the error message appeared again. So then I selected "Details" and this is what it said:
[18:59:51.50] C:\System.Sav\ExitProc\Subs\ImageDiag_AFOLBREG.cmd fails...
[18.59.51.50] Please check C:\system.sav\logs\ImageDiag_AFOLBREG.log ...
Does anyone know what that means or what I'm supposed to do?
Note: I performed the UEFI diagnostic tests and no issues were reported. All the tests passed

I have to wait until tomorrow to go purchase a USB Type 2.0 stick, but I do already have a USB flash drive (Type 3.0) created using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool.
I followed your instructions, but even after holding the power button for 30 sec and reconnecting the charger, the screen turned blue and this error message popped up again
I attempted this a few times, but it's still the same.
Do I perhaps have to hold another key along with the power button? This is what my keyboard looks like. The key circled in red is my power "button"
