Hello,
I need help with my HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15-cx0001la. I don't have the recovery disk, and the HP Cloud Recovery Tool does not recognize my system (2RJ23LA#ABM). I have tried reinstalling the tool and using different USB drives, but the issue persists. Could you please assist me in resolving this problem?
Thank you.

Folks are reporting that HP cloud recovery is no longer supported on their older PCs. Looking at your bios history, your notebook is around 6 years old, and perhaps, HP pulled support from your model (I don't know why they do this).
You can create a bootable Windows10 installation usb drive with Microsoft Media Creation Tool from the link below.
If your model came with W10 factory-installed, the product key is stored in the BIOS on the motherboard, and it'll be automatically activated when you go online.
