Target: want to factory reset
I want to restore my target PC to factory reset windows 10 so I've installed the windows 10 os on a USB drive from my source PC using hp cloud recovery everything went fine after all steps I've followed from this video
problem:
after the final reset step, I need to get a software installation page instead I am getting starting page of the hp recovery tool like file backup or factory reset (loop) tried several times but getting after the final reset i am getting the start page

Hi:
Unfortunately, the cloud recovery tool doesn't always work and since the entire process is automated you can't intervene.
In other words, it either works the first time or it doesn't.
So... your only other option would be to make a bootable W10 installation flash drive with the media creation tool from the link below.
Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)
After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.

Since the cloud recovery tool may have created partitions on the hard drive during the failed recovery process, when you get to the screen that asks, 'Where do you want to install Windows,' delete every partition on the hard drive, leaving just one partition of unallocated space.
Click Next and W10 will install.
You do not need a product key to reinstall W10, since the key is encrypted in your PC's BIOS.
