Hello,

I created a new USB recovery media on a 32GB flash drive using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool on another HP laptop and the creation was completed successfully and it was recognized as a USB bootable drive, started booting and then it returns error message:

[ 6:35:30.50] Error, Can't find boot disk

What should I do next ?

Thanks

UPDATE: i used a USB 3.0 memory stick instead of USB 2.0 and all worked well

Cheers

Hi. Little confusion. You solved the problem by using USB 3.0 Pendrive or USB 2.0 Pendrive?
