I have downloaded the hp cloud recovery tool onto usb memory stick but when it boots up it comes up with a error message saying this computer is not supported by system recovery media error 0.22.0.1

I understand that you trying to download the recovery tool, I am glad to assist you.

Determine if your computer model supports the HP Cloud Recovery Tool by referring to a list of supported platforms.

To review the list of supported platforms, go to HP PCs - HP Cloud Recovery Tool Supported Platforms.

If your model supports it, then follow the steps mentioned in this document to use the HP recovery tool in USB:- Click here
