Hola, buenos días.

Tengo un HP con Windows 11.

Entro a la Microsoft Store y busco la herramienta HP Cloud Recovery Tool. Al ejecutar, me dice, que tengo que tener privilegios de administrador. 

Cuando yo bajo la aplicación no me da la opción de aplicarle los permisos de adminisrador. Que debo hacer?

Hi:

 

You download the tool the regular way.

 

Then after it installs, you right click on it and select 'Run as Administrator.'
