Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I can’t recover my 2in1 convertible laptop on HP Cloud Recovery Tool. It doesn’t find my device. I wanna save it to flash drive usb. So I can reinstall everything later. Because my 2in1 convertible laptop was having problems and it doesn’t remember the recovery software on when you push F11 at start up it just recovers blank copy of windows 10 without the hp software. Please help me out I need to reinstall windows with hp stuff on it. The product has been retired on the software page but here is my product number 

W2K56UA#ABA. Someone please help me out. Thank you everyone in advance and hope to hear from you all soon and until than have a great day and blessed one.

HP Recommended

HP is removing cloud recovery for system over 5 years old. The actual wording is a limited time after the warranty expires.   That HP windows 10 and all the HP bloatware is no longer available for an easy factory restore.  Sorry.

 

All your software is here but you need to put them in one at a time.

 

Note that Cyberlink software such as media player might not work in windows 11 but I can provide advice to allow windows 11 to be installed if you want to go to 11.
