What's going on? HP Cloud Recovery client damaged my USB stick. I did all according to guide but suddenly it threw error that my disk is not formatted then said layout creation failed. My USB stick is 64Gb and now it shows only 31Gb. It's horrible!

It doesn't support 64Gb sticks?

Hi

Unfortunately you have not shown the full picture. What/Where is Drive E?

It is possible that the USB stick has been partitioned/subdivided.

You have 2 x 32 GB areas.  One is recovery and may be hidden, the other for data.

You may be correct in that 64 GB is not supported, and you need to recover the drive using a good partitioning tool.

I already recovered the stick using diskpart. But I don't want to go into this once more. Is it not supported?

IF 64Gb disks are not supported you should specify this in tool manual, I don't see this. It's a bad customer support
