HP Spectre x360 Laptop - 15-eb0001na
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have used the HP Cloud Recovery to create a USB install to undertake a complete clean install back to factory settings - the install appears to work as it copies to the HDD Windows and various other HP files then enters a re-start and comes up with the following error - recovery failed - try again (I did download the log file which is saved as a zip file).

I re-boot using the USB using the BIOS start menu to force start-up from USB and get the following error message -

File: \BCD

Error code 0xc0000098

You'll need to use recover tools.

I have even tried using a 2nd USB but still get the same issues. I can only assume there is an issue with the software downloaded from the Cloud.

Welcome any help as to how I can recover back to the original factory condition
