Hello!
I am trying to reinstall Windows on my laptop using the HP Cloud Recovery tool. I create a bootable USB drive as per instructions, I reboot with the drive, then the installation starts, however every time I try it gets stuck at this stage and doesn't progress no matter how long I wat (see the picture below) .
Some additional info: it worked once in the past, however I reformatted the HD after that hoping I can get a clean new Windows installation again. I'm guessing I probably deleted the hidden recovery partition too, which might be the reason HP Cloud Recovery doesn't work anymore, but I'm not sure.
Also vanilla (non-HP) Windows installs and works fine on this laptop. However with the HP recovery tool I'm hoping to properly recreate the hidden recovery partition on the HD too.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
