Hello,
I am having trouble loading an image onto a USB drive via Cloud Recovery tool. Everything works well up until the final prompt (see screenshot), once I click Ok on that prompt, the tool will "initialize" then after about 5 seconds the cloud recovery tool completely closes out and nothing happens. This is happening consistently and I'm not sure how to go about it. I've reinstalled the cloud recovery tool and issue still continues.

The only suggestion I can offer would be to use the latest version of the Cloud recovery client utility on your notebook's support page:

That would be the only suggestion I can offer.
Your other option would be to clean install W11 by making a bootable USB installation flash drive with the media creation tool from the link below (2nd option).
After W11 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page:
