Product: HP ZBook Studio 15.6 inch G8 Mobile Workstation PC (30M99AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I don't know which is the proper download for Recovery.

It came with 10 Pro and upgraded to 11 Pro.

Obvious it would seem to be either Windows 11 Pro or Windows 11 Pro Workstation in the dropdown choices of the Recovery Tool for downloads.

Can someone explain the difference between these two choices/packages?

For the HP ZBook Studio 15.6 inch G8 Mobile Workstation PC, which originally came with Windows 10 Pro and was upgraded to Windows 11 Pro, the appropriate choice in the Recovery Tool dropdown would indeed be "Windows 11 Pro." This selection should align with your current operating system, ensuring compatibility and functionality for recovery purposes.
