HP Cloud Recovery Tool fails for product 7QS79UA#ABA with error 0xC00404.

The tool identifies recovery image:
M21435-001.ISO

But the download fails from HP's S3 bucket hp-na/us-east-1.

The log shows:
InvalidObjectState: The operation is not valid for the object's storage class
HTTP response code: 403
DEEP_ARCHIVE encountered

Please restore/re-publish M21435-001.ISO or provide a direct recovery image/recovery media for product 7QS79UA#ABA.

Use Windows‑only clean‑install (lower‑frills) If HP cannot restore the image in a timely way:

- Download a generic Windows ISO from Microsoft’s official site.

- Create a bootable USB with `Media Creation Tool` or `Rufus`.

- Install Windows fresh, then pull drivers from HP’s support page (enter product ID to get chipset, audio, NIC, Wi‑Fi, etc.). If needed, as windows will automatically install them if you run updates.

This is less “factory‑clean” (no HP bloat‑ware image), but fully functional and often preferred anyway. You can download those HP apps from driver page if needed.

I've already tried that multiple times windows will install, then hang every time will only boot 1 in every 30 or so power cycles it's not a windows issue the BIOS is corrupt. The BIOS version is F.20 the highest available bios on HP's website is F.19 Rev A, you cannot downgrade to a lower BIOS version, I have tried booting into the BIOS recovery with windows + B at boot, it takes me to the recovery tool but says it cannot find the files or is corrupt, I have created a recovery USB as the tool specified, but since the only available firmware download is F.19 Rev A, the BIOS recovery tool does not recognize it since it is an older version. The F.20 firmware was pushed through an update in HP Support Assist app, and the cloud recovery tool ISO exists but it is locked since HP apparently only leaves the recovery ISO available 5 years after release. I am going to have to use a CH341A Programmer to flash the chip manually with F.19 Rev A I guess.
