Hi, my brand new OMEN 17,3" Gaming Laptop PC 17-ck1000 (509W3AV) I bought about 2 months ago has some issues after latest updates of some drivers, so I wanted to bring my laptop to its original state like when I just bought it. The problem is under my drivers on HP Website it says to use HP Cloud recovery tool and that is supported. When I proceed to insert my ProdID 673L5EA#ABZ in HP Cloud Recovery app, the tool says it's not correct and I can't proceed to download all the necessary to do a clean install and bring my laptop to its original state so I am stuck. My laptop is under warranty, as I said it has 2-3 months. Thanks.

Hi:
It is possible that HP hasn't gotten around to uploading the recovery image for your notebook's product number to the cloud recovery database.
I was not able to make a recovery image for my new HP notebook for around 2 months after I received it.
I entered the product number you posted and got the same info...not available.
The only suggestion I can offer other than leaving things the way they are, would be to clean install W11 by making a bootable USB installation flash drive with the Media creation tool from the link below (2nd option).
Download Windows 11 (microsoft.com)
After W11 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
Since your notebook has an Intel 12th gen core processor, you may need to install the storage controller driver, I zipped up and attached below so W11 can see the hard drive.
If you get to the screen that asks 'Where do you want to install Windows,' and it cannot find a drive, unzip the attached file to its folder. Copy the folder to a USB flash drive and click on the 'Load driver' option on that screen.
Browse to the driver file on the flash drive and if you check the box, it will only include the compatible driver.
Click Next and W11 should install.

First, thank you for your kind explanation. The problem is I've already tried it a couple of days ago since I'm kinda expert with PCs, but issues still persist, a lot buggy right now my laptop, from touchpad to fps drops and overheating. Didn't have all these issues before the last Win 11 update and HP firmware.

You're very welcome.
The only other suggestion I can offer would be to contact HP and see if they will send you a USB recovery kit since your notebook is still under warranty.
You may also be able to submit a support request via the HP support assistant software that should have come with your notebook.

I will. Thank you. May I ask you about the remaining thing that still makes me feel confused? If you go in the drivers' list of my laptop into BIOS section, you'll notice there are 2 updates both F.13, both same details, just 1 MB of size difference. Which one should I choose to download? Or are those just the same thing? Will try again a clean install tomorrow.

You're very welcome.
Unfortunately, that I do not know.
But if you look at the downloadable release notes for both updates, they supersede different previous file numbers.

So, there is definitely a subtle difference between these two F.13 versions.
