HP Collectors Star Wars Special Edition 15-an050nr will not power up, I replaced the power supply both the wall charger and the internal power connection. I will not power up even with the battery connected or removed. The laptop was working well but then powered off and now has no response at all including the keyboard not lighting up when the start button is pushed.

I see that you have already followed all the relevant troubleshooting and I recommend you contact support to further diagnose the issue.
Here is how you can get in touch with support.
1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/
2)Select the product type.
3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
4)Select the country from the drop-down.
5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
