I have an HP Envy x360 laptop and had to re-install Windows 10. I had the HP Command Center previously, but not now. I downloaded and installed it from a link posted in this community home. The problem is, nothing happens after I open it, except it just shows my system information. I uninstalled, re-downloaded and installed again. I really need this utility. I liked the option to quiet the fan.
Can anyone offer any help? PLEASE!!!
Thanks.

Hi @cb502,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If you re-installed Windows 10 on your HP Envy x360 laptop, you might have lost some pre-installed software, including the HP Command Center. However, you can easily reinstall it by following these steps.
- Connect to the internet: Make sure your laptop is connected to the internet so that you can download the necessary software.
- Download HP Command Center: Go to the official HP support website (https://support.hp.com/) and enter your laptop's model number or let the website detect it automatically. Then navigate to the "Drivers & Downloads" section.
- Locate the HP Command Center: In the "Drivers & Downloads" section, search for the HP Command Center software specific to your laptop model. You should find the latest version of the software available for download.
- Download and Install: Once you find the correct version of HP Command Center for your laptop, download the installer. After downloading, run the installer, and follow the on-screen instructions to install the software.
- Launch the HP Command Center: Once the installation is complete, you can launch the HP Command Center from the Start menu or by searching for it in the Windows search bar.
Now, you should have successfully reinstalled the HP Command Center on your HP Envy x360 laptop, and you can use it to customize and optimize various aspects of your system.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
