HP Compaq 6710b con Windows 10; ¿Comó actualizar la BIOS a su ultima versión (F.20)?

Hola comunidad. Quería saber si puedo actualizar mi BIOS, porque en la sección de controladores de la Notebook, aparece la versión F.20 pero sólo si selecciono como sistema operativo Windows Vista. En este caso, me surgió la duda, si actualizando la misma, con este ejecutable podría dañar mi dispositivo. Les adjunto a continuación unas imágenes sobre el asunto. Desde ya muchas gracias.

PD: Tuve problemas con controladores de hardware y además observo un funcionamiento muy acelerado del ventilador, y espero que con esta actualización se solucione. Por último noto un rendimiento bastante pobre a pesar de tener 2gb de ram.

There is always a risk when updating the BIOS. Very small but it can render the laptop useless. Always make sure you have a full charge on the battery.

I have updated the BIOS many and always worked.
