Product: HP Pavilion Notebook - 15-p100dx (ENERGY STAR)

hi there. My HP Coolsense seems to have disappeard after updates. I have downloaded the new version and installed it but the icon remains as an uninstalled icon would look.  How do I activate this program, when I start up my laptop there is a warning that I have no fan.
