Hello, thanks for your help! However, the battery results from hp diagnostic UEFI is Passed. but When I test it again from Hp Diagnostic, it's Cancelled. and the Windows Installer keeps popping up whenever I click Hp diagnostic.  :<batt test.jpgbattery passed on UEFI but Cancelled in HP  PC Hardwarebattery passed on UEFI but Cancelled in HP PC Hardwarekeeps popping up whenever I click Hp Diagnostic. This is HP diagnostics windows <bug> !

Wait until there is a new update for the program and use <HP diagnostics UEFI> program instead.
