Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have a HP EliteBook 8460p that came with windows 7 pro.  A long time ago I was able to get the free windows 10 upgrade.  During an update it said there was not enough memory for the update so I used an USB.  Now it will not boot up and just says error please insert the external storage media and press ok
